The Corning First Responders proudly provide the residents and visitors of the Town of Corning with pre-hospital emergency medical care. Each First Responder must complete rigorous training and have a valid license to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
Each First Responder carries with them a Basic Life Support kit to assist in their duties. Items in this kit include an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Digital Pulse Oximiters, multiple bandages and dressings, oxygen therapy equipment, and basic airway adjuncts.
First responders play a vital role in the EMS community by assessing, stabilizing, and beginning treatment of patients before an ambulance arrives.
